As a Dean of Students, Ben supports the smooth functioning of college life by providing logistical and operational support, assisting with admissions, and providing support to students. He is deeply dedicated to fostering an environment that promotes belonging, inclusivity, safety, and fun, helping students navigate challenges and achieve both personal and academic success.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Melbourne. Before joining St John’s College, he gained valuable experience as a Consultant at KPMG Australia and as an Accountant at BDO Australia.

During his undergraduate years, Ben was actively involved at St Mark’s College, where he served as a Residential Advisor, a member of the Student Club Executive, and a State Representative for the National Association of Australian University Colleges (NAAUC). These leadership roles gave him a profound appreciation for the transformative impact of residential college life and further shaped his commitment to student development. Ben resides onsite in Cripps Court and is available to support students as needed.
