Born in France, Pierre developed a deep passion for food from a young age, which led him to pursue a career in hospitality in his teens. He honed his skills working alongside renowned chefs and managers across France before setting out to explore the world and discover new culinary experiences. After spending a year in the West Indies and a couple of years in New Caledonia, Pierre found himself drawn to Australia, where he fell in love with the country and its people. Over the past decade, he has worked in various roles at cafes, function centres, and large-scale catering companies. Pierre is now the Catering Manager at St John’s College, where he continues to share his expertise and love for the hospitality industry.
