Chef Luke Hobbs started his culinary career working in small cafes and restaurants. After stints around Australia, he spent some time in Europe, in particular Switzerland, honing his craft. For the past decade, he’s been working in large-scale catering, including positions at universities and QPAC. A lover of Asian fusion, he has experience in most major cuisines and loves sharing his passion for food at St John’s College.
