Welcome to St John’s College

As Warden, it is exciting to work alongside such a diverse and talented mix of young people. To be part of this outstanding community that is committed to being a leader among Australia’s university residential colleges is an honour.

At St John’s, your wellbeing is of the utmost priority. We have a range of initiatives in place to guide and support you so that you may thrive and excel in College and university.

St John's will prepare you for your future in a welcoming, safe and supportive environment.  Here, your college friends will become friends for life.  You will thrive in your chosen field of study, whilst engaging in a wide range of social, spiritual, sporting and cultural activities.

St John’s will assist you in your transition from school to university. We actively promote a love of learning, respect for each other and an openness to different thoughts and ideas.

My vision is to develop the young adults in our College to be confident, resilient and courageous individuals with an ability to solve problems, take on challenges and make the world a better place.

Explore our website, take a virtual tour, read about our students’ experiences of College, and discover all that St John’s has to offer.

Our students fondly say " it’s always an exciting time to be a Johnian” – come and see what opportunities await you in this next exciting phase of your life.

Warmest regards,

Rose Alwyn
