How to Pay Your Account

BPAY

To use BPAY to pay your invoice, you must be registered with your financial institution to pay your bills through their telephone or internet banking service.

When making a payment please ensure that you use the Biller Code and BPay reference number located on the front of your statement (next to the BPAY logo).

St John’s College accepts MasterCard, Visa, Amex and JCB credit cards. Payment may be made through the payment portal by clicking here. If you do not have a logon or password for the payment portal please contact reception at enquiries@stjohns.uq.edu.au or phone 07 3842 6600

Please note: A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies to all MasterCard and Visa payments. Amex and JCB credit cards will incur a 2% fee.

Direct Debit

The College uses PaySmart to administer all direct debit payment plans. Only a student resident, along with their fee guarantor, who are BOTH ordinarily domiciled in Australia can nominate this option. All student residents who wish to use direct debit will incur a set up cost and transaction fee by PaySmart. For students choosing to use this payment method, a $400 finance fee will be charged by the College.

Click here to register for direct debit instalments. Please note that the first payment date is 21 February 2025 and equal payment amounts of $1,500 per fortnight excluding PaySmart fees will be deducted from your nominated account. The final payment will be adjusted for the remaining balance owing.
